Chili Pan Mee

Ingredients
Method

Step 1
Cook noodles in 500ml boiling water for 6-8 minutes.

Step 2
Take noodles out from boiling water and drain well.

Step 3
Mix noodles thoroughly with seasoning sauce and chilli oil.

Step 4
Fry egg for 1-2 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5
Add it on top of noodles, garnish with fried anchovies, green onion and chilli flakes.
